Activities and Experiences
Here are all my activities and experiences through my freshman year of college

Rice Speech and Debate:
After graduating high school with numerous accolades in Speech and Debate, I was one of three freshmen accepted onto the Rice University Speech and Debate team following a rigorous, multi-round audition process. So far, I have won awards and made finals at numerous tournaments, including the prestigious Hell Froze Over Swing, in addition to qualifying three events to the American Forensics Association National Speech Tournament as a freshman.
Brown College Student Government:
The self-governance system at Rice University provides unique opportunities for students to get involved at their residential colleges which function as their own self-governing entities. I have taken this opportunity and am now currently serving as one of two treasurers for my residential college, Brown College. We are responsible for overseeing a budget of over $50,000 and handling financial decisions, expenses, and more for the college.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society:
As a sophomore in high school, I had the opportunity to take part in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign, where I oversaw a team that raised over $10,000 to help fight cancer through research, patient assistance, and more.

RK Gupta Foundation:
When I was 11, my brother and I started our own non-profit to help increases access to educational opportunities for underserved communities, naming it in honor of my late grandfather. Since then, we have raised thousands of dollars through recycling, tutoring, more to provide field trips, tennis clinics through Love All SCV and more opportunities.

LoveAll SCV Tennis Clinics:
In my spare time, I continue to serve as a volunteer coach and logistical coordinator for LoveAll SCV, an organization that provides free tennis clinics in Santa Clarita Valley. These clinics are designed to provide access to high quality tennis coaching from some of the best players in the area at no cost. We continue to break down barriers to access that are ever present in tennis.
Moody Civic Immersion:
During the summer prior to my freshman year, I participated in the Moody Civic Immersion program where we immersed ourselves in the Houston community, by meeting with community leaders, assisting with hurricane relief efforts, and more!
